  Horrible!!! I purchased a patio table and an employee assisted me in putting it into my trunk. He tried to force a rope through my trunk lock, breaking it, so my trunk would not close. I spoke to the manager, Bob Scurry, about it and he was very pleasant and agreed to reimburse me for the lock to be repaired. $300 to replace the trunk lock! He told me to come back the following day with the paid receipt, I did, and by golly, wasn't it his day off! And, of course, nobody else knew anything about it. I was told to come back again the next day. Instead I called corporate and was told a district manager would call me IMMEDIATELY. Two days now, and several phone calls to corporate and they don;t seem to know the name of the district manager or his boss either. I have been a long time customer of this store but no longer! I hate to even give them a one star rating but you cannot post unless you do. Rocky's Ace Hardware deserves a NEGATIVE STAR RATING!! Shop elsewhere!
